The Business and Finance Department is responsible for all financial management of the school district.  This includes a large range of duties, from payroll and paying the bills, to overseeing budgets and submitting financial reports to the Department of Education.

• Administrator of Time Management and Absence Management Systems

• Generates W-2s

• State Financial Reporting

• Annual Audit Preparation

Becca Kaefring - Administrative Assistant

• Student Reporting in Iowa

• Maintains Purchases Orders and District Ordering

• Accounts Payable

• Daily Deposits & Revenues

• Maintains Childcare Records
