Closed Bid Notice – Crows Nest/Press Box for Sale
CAL Community School is accepting closed bids for the sale of a crows nest/press box structure currently located on school property.
Item: Crows Nest/Press Box (as-is, where-is)
Location: CAL School, 1441 Gull Ave, Latimer, IA 50452
Viewing: By appointment only. Contact Braden Kappel at 641-373-4379 to schedule.
Terms & Conditions:
Winning bidder will be notified by phone or email.
Buyer is responsible for full removal of the crows nest/press box from school property.
Removal must be completed within four months of the date of sale.
The buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with removal. The school will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that occur during or after the removal process.
Payment must be made by cash or cashier’s check only at the time of sale.
Bid Submission:
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Crows Nest/Press Box Bid”.

All bids must be received by June 11, 2025, by 12:00 PM.
